With over 8 years of experience developing image recognition systems for autonomous vehicles, Tireoin McCabe has the skillset to drive next-gen manufacturing.

Due to his travels working in a number of different countries, James is plugged into a global network of top-tier universities and people. With experience in manufacturing and materials across a broad range of high-tech sectors including MedTech and Aerospace, James has an abundance of insights into market trends and value-adding business opportunities. As a big believer in highly automated all-in-one processes, James has an ambitious vision that is the driver behind our end-to-end innovation.

Driven by a passion for technological innovation and a commitment to safety, Tireoin is continuously exploring new frontiers in AI machine learning, and data science. Tireoin is at the helm of developing and refining a cutting-edge perception system. This system, pivotal in the industrial vehicle sector, utilizes sophisticated computer vision and cloud computing algorithms to detect people in hazardous areas around industrial vehicles, significantly enhancing safety protocols. Tireoin is passionate about bringing his experience to manufacturing and materials, where he can apply his skillset to develop a smart system for traceability and corrective quality control.
Head of Sustainability & Supply Chain
Shane is a pragmatic engineer working in sustainability, with a focus on energy and materials. With a background in bioenergy, hydrogen, and technoeconomic analysis, to now carrying out Life Cycle Assessments for material-process flows, Shane is business focused, with the variety of skills required for us to ensure our environmental impact is measured and minimised, while identifying new opportunities. He continues to work internationally and has published in top-tier journals in his field and has written newspaper articles for the Irish Independent and Irish Examiner in the past.
